These offerings are non-clinical and are not intended to replace therapy, counselling, or mental health treatment. All content is for general wellbeing purposes only.
We do not offer:

If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical care, please contact a licensed health professional or emergency services in your area.
Voluntary Participation
Engagement in all Kind Caller programmes is voluntary and self-directed. We encourage participants to reflect on whether the content and practices are appropriate for their current circumstances. You are welcome to pause, skip, or discontinue the programme at any time.
Progression Through Programmes
Our services are designed to be explored in stages, starting with the free 3-Day Calm Morning Pause and moving through First Steps, Calm, Clear, and Connected. You are not required to complete each phase and may tailor your experience to suit your needs.
Professional Support
If you are already receiving support from a medical or mental health professional, our programmes may complement that care. However, they are not intended to replace professional help. We encourage you to share your participation in Kind Caller with your provider if appropriate.
